Resurrection of judgment refers to the wicked who will be cast into gehenna.

2. Women received their dead from the [resurrection]: and others were tortured, not accepting deliverance; that they might obtain a better Resurrection:   Hebrews 11:35
Resurrection here refers to those who were brought back to life (such as Lazarus), not the final resurrection where the body is renewed.

Resurrection

1. The same day came to Him the Sadducees, which say that there is no [Resurrection 1], and asked Him,   Matthew 22:23
